Why do you need my personal information?
In some instances, you may decide to provide us with your contact information for promotional newsletters and advertisements. Motif Jewels also collects personal information from our customers, for the purpose of billing and processing your jewelry orders. In addition, your IP address may be downloaded in order to diagnose any problems that may arise on its server and to help enhance your shopping experience.
How safe is my personal information?
The Motif Jewels website is operated on a secure web server. This specialized server utilizes a grouping of different electronic security functions and technologies. We never take your personal information for granted, thus our servers use Comodo-issued 256-bit encrypted InstantSSL (secure sockets layer) certificates when transferring any personal data over the internet. This state of the art security technology renders your personal information invisible during transfers.
Do you share my information with outside parties?
As a valued Motif Jewel’s customer, you can rest assured that your information is safe and secured. We will not share your personal information with any person(s) not involved with Motif Jewels.
Shipping Policy FAQ’s
Delivery Time: Depending on the item purchased through our online store, items are usually shipped within 7-14 business days. This allows time for our professional jewelers to polish, cast, size (if applicable), and set your stone. Rush deliveries are also available and certain items are ready for immediate shipment.

Orders paid by means of Cashier’s Checks, money orders, or personal checks will constitute a clear period in which the merchandise will be held until the check is cleared. This generally takes a minimum of 2 days, and up to 7 days from the day the check is received. Once the funds are cleared shipment will be made immediately. For all other payments, items will be processed and shipped after payment is cleared and received in full.
Free Shipping: We currently offer free Expedited Shipping for all purchases over $500! Purchases will be shipped via your choice of USPS or FedEX. One-day Shipping Services is also available for customers who desire to purchase this option.
Will shipped merchandise require a signature?
For all shipping methods, a signature will be required at time of arrival. An adult must be present for required signature upon delivery, and for security purposes, Motif Jewels will not ship to any P.O. Boxes.
International Shipping: If you are an international customer please contact us at (408) 825-9224 before making a purchase. We will let you know if we do ship to your Country, and what the shipping cost will be. We currently do not ship to Indonesia, Malaysia, Africa, and the Middle East.
Order Tracking: Motif Jewels notifies all customers via email of the tracking number for their package once it is shipped out. Customers can simply track their package on route using the carrier’s website.
Guarantee: All Moissanite loose stones come with a Charles & Colvard Certificate of Authenticity and a Limited Warranty included with purchase.
Lifetime Upgrade Program: There may be a point in time when you may decide that the stone you currently own just doesn’t do it anymore. Motif Jewels offers a lifetime upgrade program to all of our customers who feel the need for an upgrade for their Moissanite or diamonds. Customer Service Policy
Customer Service: Our customers are our most important asset. We will try our utmost to provide the best in service. If for some reason we make a mistake or you are unhappy with our service please let us know and we will do whatever is needed to fix the problem. We will provide you with a very personalized service.
Custom Orders: Most of our jewelry can be custom ordered with higher grade stones. Let us know if you need further assistance to tailor to your needs.
We, try our best to enter the most accurate information. But sometimes mistakes do happen. We are not responsible for such typographical errors and reserve the right to correct any such information which is not limited to item pricing, description, and pictures.
